How We Protect Your Account and Information

Encrypted Deposits

When you deposit via DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS, the transaction is encrypted end-to-end. Your payment details never touch our servers; the payment gateway handles all card and wallet data directly.

Account Verification

We verify your identity when you first open your account and again before processing withdrawals over Rp 5,000,000. This prevents fraud and meets local anti-money-laundering requirements.

Withdrawal Security

Withdrawals are always paid back to the payment method you used to deposit. If you used OVO, your withdrawal goes back to OVO. This eliminates third-party transfer risk.

Data Retention Policy

We keep your account data, transaction history and communications for 36 months after your last activity. After 36 months, records are archived and deleted unless we're legally required to retain them.

Cookie and Tracking

We use cookies to remember your login, language preference and payment method so you don't re-enter them each session. Session cookies expire when you close your browser; persistent cookies expire after 12 months.

We collect your name, email, phone number, date of birth and residential address to verify your identity and comply with anti-money-laundering rules. We also record your IP address and device details for security. This data is encrypted and stored on our servers in Indonesia.

We retain your full transaction history—deposits, withdrawals, bets and winnings—for 36 months from your last activity. After 36 months, records are archived. If you request account closure, we keep records for seven years for legal and tax purposes where required.

Yes. Log into your account, go to Settings > Legal & Privacy and select Download My Data. We'll prepare a complete export of your personal details, activity and transaction history within seven days.

Contact our support team within 30 days of the transaction. We'll review your account history, the payment gateway record and the merchant confirmation. If a dispute is valid, we'll restore funds to your account within five business days.

No. We do not sell or share your personal information. We share only transaction data with our payment processor (DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS or your bank) to complete deposits and withdrawals. We may share data with law enforcement where local law permits.

Go to Settings > Account > Close Account. We'll freeze your wallet and remove your login access within 24 hours. Your data will be retained for 36 months for dispute and tax purposes, then deleted unless we're required by law to keep it longer.

Your account can be accessed from different devices and locations. However, if we detect suspicious login activity—e.g., logins from distant countries within minutes—we'll temporarily lock your account and send a verification code to your email for security.
