You can close your account anytime via Account → Settings → Close Account. If you have money in your wallet, we'll ask if you want to withdraw it first or forfeit it. Once closed, your account cannot be reopened under the same email. Closure takes effect immediately.

If we find a breach — like using a fake identity, multi-accounting or prohibited betting patterns — we may freeze your account and forfeit any balance. Serious breaches trigger permanent closure. We notify you before action and give you a chance to respond.
